History

TrimTec Systems was founded in 2001 by Jeff Wagner, who remained President until the company was acquired in 2018 by Huntington Solutions. Based in Ohio, it helped Huntington Solutions expands its presence in the midwestern market. It also brought with it specialized capabilities in EPS packaging, dunnage, and construction materials production.

Specialties

TrimTec’s facilities are equipped with two 3-Axis CNC Waterjet Cutting Machines, including a 6’ x 10’ A&V stepping unit, upgraded with Hypertherm high-volume cutting heads. It also has flat die cutting, holt melt application, HotWire I-Cutter, product labelling, thermosealing, and ultrasonic welding capabilities, enabling it to offer a full array of services and products to our clients.
