Gregory Silvestri

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Gregory Silvestri is an internationally experienced Senior Executive with extensive general management leadership abilities in developing strategies, executing operating plans and leading business development functions in both global and development stage environments. He has a proven track record of building top-line revenue growth, improving operations, and achieving bottom-line financial performance. Gregory is an exceptional developer of people and a builder of organizational bench strength. Prior to joining Foam Holdings, Gregory was responsible for deep and expansive international assignments within small and large industrial manufacturing enterprises. He established key strategic partnerships with industry leaders and negotiated financial investments from public and private capital markets. He drove acquisition strategies and successful post-acquisition integrations. His foundational experience was within McKinsey & Company. Gregory holds an MBA from The University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Chemical Engineering Bachelor of Science Degree from Princeton University. He is Board experienced and has an extensive record of community service.

James manages all of the Corporate Finance, IT, and Legal functions at Foam Holdings Inc. helping ensure long term investments are in place to drive results. He has led global Finance activities including significant M&A at Ford Motor Company, Visteon, ZF, PKC Group, and the Humanetics Group.

Trisha has over 30 years of Human Resources experience with a demonstrated history of working in manufacturing environments. She is a strong human resources professional skilled in HR Consulting, Labor Relations, Management, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Trisha is a leader in her field, a true HR Generalist who is experienced in team management, continuous improvement culture, verbal and written communication skills and HR regulatory compliance. She has a dual Master’s degree in HR Management and HR Development from Webster University in St. Louis, Mo. Trisha joined Foam Holdings, Inc in May 2021 as the VP of Human Resources and she and her husband live in the Nashville, TN area.

(Block & Fab Division)

Bobby carries significant industrial experience both through his 22 years at Drew Foam and through his prior role at Baldor Electric Company, where he spent 16 years. Bobby is trained in all aspects of the sales process, and his EPS experience ranges from raw materials sourcing to Shape Molding and Fabricated Block. He is based out of Brentwood, TN and is responsible for overseeing all Fabricated Block Manufacturing Operations.

Shannon carries a B.S. in Chemistry from Lipscomb University and considerable experience in the Building Materials Industry. Most notably, serving as CEO of Capella Engineered Wood, LLC, Baker’s Creek, Inc. and Wolf Holdings, Inc. He has currently been with Drew Foam Companies, Inc. and Foam Holdings, Inc. for almost 3 years.

Shannon’s involvement covers a broad range of disciplines such as manufacturing, sales, operations, finance, start-ups, turn-arounds and M&A.  His career has provided broad and significant exposure to commercial/residential building material.

Benjamin Raygoza Headshot

(Shape Mold Division)

Benjamin has over 28 years of extensive Operations experience in the EPS industry, including a wide variety of leadership positions at leading companies in Mexico and the U.S. Benjamin joined the company in 2006 as General Manager for the Mexico operations and has been overseeing the legacy Huntington Solutions shape molding plants in the US and Mexico since 2008, being a key factor for the growth of the company. With a proven approach to the development of strong manufacturing and quality systems based on lean manufacturing principles, he and his team have developed a solid foundation to support the expansion of the operations to different markets and geographical areas in north America.

Mr. Raygoza has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Administrative Engineering from Universidad de Sonora and an MBA with specialization in Business Development from Universidad Autonoma de Chihuahua.
