History
Texas Foam was founded in 1991 and maintained industry-leading production capabilities and customer service for over two decades. It developed the Extended Duration Shippers (XDS™), rigorously tested packaging that offers superior temperature control for longer shipping periods, and brought its innovative approach to cold chain packaging, as well as market presence in the south, to Huntington when it was acquired in 2019.
Specialties
Our facility in Texas produces Extended Duration Shippers (XDS™), as well as other high quality cold chain packaging products. It also offers a full range of standard and custom packaging, insulation, and molded component products, as well as a dedicated quality management team that offers a zero defect guarantee. The facility operates three Promas 1014 molding machines from the Italian manufacturer, Promass, which can be seen in action here:
